No. Under Block Exemption regulations, you are legally entitled to have your Audi serviced by any qualified independent specialist without voiding your manufacturer warranty. We use OEM-spec parts and follow Audi service schedules precisely, with full digital records.
What diagnostic tools do you use on Audis?

What is a S tronic gearbox and what goes wrong with it?
The S tronic (Audi Doppelkupplung) is a dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Common issues include harsh or jerky gear changes, hesitation from standstill, warning lights and complete gear selection failure. We rebuild or replace S tronic units to factory spec. Read more about our S tronic specialists.
What is a DPF and what happens if it’s blocked on my Audi?
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) captures exhaust soot. When blocked, your Audi’s engine works harder to expel gases, reducing power and increasing fuel consumption. Our Audi DPF cleaning service uses ultrasonic and forced regeneration — and we address underlying causes so it stays clean.
